Description
Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is an easy dessert made with layers of strawberry pie filling, creamy cheesecake flavor, and buttery cake mix baked into a golden, gooey treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Optional: fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread strawberry pie filling evenly over the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the strawberry filling.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the entire dish.
- Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
- Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Do not stir the layers for best results.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
- Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
