Description

A rich and comforting pasta dish made with tender pan-seared steak slices tossed in creamy Alfredo sauce with Parmesan cheese and spaghetti.

Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 300 g beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the steak slices for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  7. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  8. Return steak to the pan, add chili flakes if using, and mix gently.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
  • Do not overcook the steak to keep it tender.
  • Add pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
