Description
A rich and comforting pasta dish made with tender pan-seared steak slices tossed in creamy Alfredo sauce with Parmesan cheese and spaghetti.
Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- 300 g beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Sear the steak slices for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Return steak to the pan, add chili flakes if using, and mix gently.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Do not overcook the steak to keep it tender.
- Add pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
