Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked Gouda cheese (shredded)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Crackers, toasted baguette slices, or pretzels (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in shredded smoked Gouda, crumbled bacon (reserve a bit for topping), garlic, green onions, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Top with remaining bacon and a sprinkle of Gouda if desired.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Serve hot with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or pretzels for dipping.
