Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked Gouda cheese (shredded)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Crackers, toasted baguette slices, or pretzels (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in shredded smoked Gouda, crumbled bacon (reserve a bit for topping), garlic, green onions, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
