Description

Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies are ultra-soft, bakery-style cookies loaded with creamy peanut butter, Reese’s Pieces, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for an over-the-top peanut butter and chocolate experience.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup Reese’s Pieces
  • 3/4 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter chips (optional but recommended)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in Reese’s Pieces, chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and peanut butter chips.
  7. Scoop dough into 2-tablespoon-sized balls and place on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For extra gooey cookies, slightly underbake.
  • Chill dough for 30 minutes if cookies spread too much.
  • Press extra Reese’s Pieces on top before baking for bakery-style look.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
