Description
Soft and gooey cinnamon rolls stuffed with crushed Oreo cookies, topped with a sweet cream cheese glaze for the ultimate mash-up dessert breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (8 rolls)
- 8 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Unroll cinnamon rolls and sprinkle each with crushed Oreos and a light dusting of cinnamon.
- Roll them back up tightly and place in the prepared baking dish.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle cream cheese glaze over warm cinnamon rolls and top with extra crushed Oreos if desired.
Notes
- For extra indulgence, stuff whole Oreo halves inside each roll before baking.
- Use double-stuf Oreos for a creamier filling.
- Best enjoyed warm right out of the oven.
