Description

A cozy, spiced holiday latte infused with gingerbread flavors, perfect for warming up like you’re at the North Pole.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or 1 shot espresso
  • 2 tablespoons gingerbread syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • A pinch of nutmeg for garnish
  • Mini gingerbread cookie for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Brew strong coffee or prepare an espresso shot.
  2. In a small pot, heat milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  3. Whisk in gingerbread syrup, cinnamon, ginger, and brown sugar until well combined.
  4. Pour the coffee into a mug, then add the spiced milk mixture.
  5. Stir well and top with whipped cream.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and a mini gingerbread cookie.
