Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cheddar cheese until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
- Sprinkle cracker topping evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until hot and bubbly with a golden topping.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

- Rotisserie chicken works great for this recipe.
