Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken and cheddar cheese until evenly coated.
  4. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle cracker topping evenly over the casserole.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until hot and bubbly with a golden topping.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
