Description

A warm, cheesy, fully loaded stuffed bread loaf rolled up with meats, cheese, and flavorful seasonings, then baked until golden and melty.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 beaten egg (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the dough.
  4. Add bacon, pepperoni, ham, and green onions in an even layer.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from the long end into a log and pinch the seam to seal.
  6. Place the roll seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush the top with beaten egg.
  8. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan, then brush over the loaf.
  9. Bake 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
