Description
A warm, cheesy, fully loaded stuffed bread loaf rolled up with meats, cheese, and flavorful seasonings, then baked until golden and melty.
Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 beaten egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the dough.
- Add bacon, pepperoni, ham, and green onions in an even layer.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long end into a log and pinch the seam to seal.
- Place the roll seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan, then brush over the loaf.
- Bake 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
