Description
Fluffy biscuit dough stuffed with juicy cheeseburger filling, brushed with garlic butter, and baked until golden — these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate appetizer or fun dinner idea.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 8 oz shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (8 large biscuits)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for topping)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess grease.
- Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle. Place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture and a pinch of shredded cheese in the center of each.
- Fold the dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal, and place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and Parmesan cheese. Brush over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.
Notes
- Use pizza dough for a thinner, chewier texture, or biscuit dough for a fluffier result.
- Try mixing different cheeses like provolone or pepper jack for extra flavor.
- These can be prepped ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking.
- To reheat, warm in a 350°F oven for 5–7 minutes or in an air fryer for 3 minutes.
