Description

Fluffy biscuit dough stuffed with juicy cheeseburger filling, brushed with garlic butter, and baked until golden — these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate appetizer or fun dinner idea.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (8 large biscuits)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle. Place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture and a pinch of shredded cheese in the center of each.
  5. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal, and place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and Parmesan cheese. Brush over each dough ball.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.

Notes

  • Use pizza dough for a thinner, chewier texture, or biscuit dough for a fluffier result.
  • Try mixing different cheeses like provolone or pepper jack for extra flavor.
  • These can be prepped ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking.
  • To reheat, warm in a 350°F oven for 5–7 minutes or in an air fryer for 3 minutes.
