Description

A rich and savory garlic butter steak pasta made with tender seared steak bites tossed with rigatoni in a creamy garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3–4 minutes to slightly thicken.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add the cooked rigatoni and steak bites back into the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Simmer for an additional 1–2 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • You can substitute ribeye or strip steak for extra tenderness.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a mild heat.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the creamiest sauce.
