Description

Tender, juicy lobster tails brushed with rich garlic butter and broiled to perfection for an elegant yet easy seafood dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails (46 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven broiler on high and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Using scissors, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise and pull the meat upward to rest on top of the shell.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the garlic butter generously over the lobster meat.
  5. Broil the lobster tails for 7–10 minutes, depending on size, until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.
  6. Brush with extra garlic butter and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Do not overcook—lobster becomes tough quickly.
  • Add a pinch of cayenne for heat.
  • Serve with rice, pasta, or steak for surf-and-turf.
