Description
Tender, juicy lobster tails brushed with rich garlic butter and broiled to perfection for an elegant yet easy seafood dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven broiler on high and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Using scissors, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise and pull the meat upward to rest on top of the shell.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter generously over the lobster meat.
- Broil the lobster tails for 7–10 minutes, depending on size, until the meat is opaque and slightly browned.
- Brush with extra garlic butter and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Do not overcook—lobster becomes tough quickly.
- Add a pinch of cayenne for heat.
- Serve with rice, pasta, or steak for surf-and-turf.
