Description

Crispy Roasted Cauliflower is a flavorful, oven-roasted vegetable dish with a perfectly crisp exterior and tender inside. Seasoned with spices and roasted until golden, it’s a satisfying plant-based option that even meat lovers enjoy.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
  4. Toss well until all florets are evenly coated.
  5. Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. If using Parmesan, sprinkle over cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  8. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.

  • For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
