Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
- Toss well until all florets are evenly coated.
- Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- If using Parmesan, sprinkle over cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
