Description

Crispy baked potato wedges coated with garlic, Parmesan, and herbs for the perfect savory side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak potato wedges in cold water for 20 minutes before baking, then pat dry.
