Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, and chicken broth.
- Add black pepper, paprika, and salt; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in shredded chicken and cook until heated through.
- Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
