Description

A rich, moist, and buttery cake made with sweetened condensed milk, offering a dense yet fluffy texture and a caramel-like sweetness that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round or square cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and condensed milk until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract and salt.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until a smooth batter forms.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the cake cool completely before slicing and serving.
