Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and beat until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed.
- Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Pour filling over the cooled crust.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cheesecake cool for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
