Description

A creamy, comforting chicken dish made with tender baked chicken breasts smothered in ranch-seasoned sauce and melted cheese, perfect for an easy family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or green onions (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, sour cream, mayonnaise, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Spread the ranch mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with parsley or green onions before serving.

  • You can add cooked bacon bits for extra flavor.
  • Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter version.
