Description

Cheesy pepperoni pizza bombs are bite-sized dough balls stuffed with mozzarella and pepperoni, then baked until golden and brushed with garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 8 mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit dough piece slightly.
  3. Place 3 slices of pepperoni and 1 mozzarella cube in the center of each dough circle.
  4. Fold dough edges upward and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.
  5. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  7. Brush the mixture over the tops of the pizza bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  8. Bake for 14–16 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
