Description
Cheesy pepperoni pizza bombs are bite-sized dough balls stuffed with mozzarella and pepperoni, then baked until golden and brushed with garlic butter.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 8 mozzarella cheese cubes
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece slightly.
- Place 3 slices of pepperoni and 1 mozzarella cube in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold dough edges upward and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.
- Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the mixture over the tops of the pizza bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 14–16 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Ensure the dough is sealed well to avoid cheese leakage.
- Add jalapeños or cooked sausage for variation.
- Use fresh mozzarella for extra gooey centers.
