Description

Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are warm, melty, and full of flavor — featuring tender garlic-seasoned chicken, gooey melted cheese, and a crispy golden tortilla. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep, these wraps combine comfort and convenience in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil (for toasting)
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the chicken in the garlic butter mixture.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, and cheddar until melted and combined into a creamy mixture.
  4. Lay out the tortillas and divide the filling evenly among them. Roll each tightly into a wrap, folding in the sides as you go.
  5. In a clean skillet, melt butter or heat oil over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Slice in half and serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
  7. Optional: Serve with ranch, garlic sauce, or marinara for dipping.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan on the wraps before toasting.
  • Add spinach or sautéed bell peppers for a veggie boost.
  • Wraps can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days — reheat in a skillet or air fryer.
