Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil (for toasting)
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the chicken in the garlic butter mixture.
- Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, and cheddar until melted and combined into a creamy mixture.
- Lay out the tortillas and divide the filling evenly among them. Roll each tightly into a wrap, folding in the sides as you go.
- In a clean skillet, melt butter or heat oil over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crisp.
- Slice in half and serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
- Optional: Serve with ranch, garlic sauce, or marinara for dipping.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan on the wraps before toasting.
- Add spinach or sautéed bell peppers for a veggie boost.
- Wraps can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days — reheat in a skillet or air fryer.
