Description

Warm, flavorful wraps filled with juicy garlic-seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and a creamy sauce, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken slices and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
  5. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  6. Spread a spoonful of sauce on each tortilla.
  7. Add cooked chicken evenly, then sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  8. Fold tortillas into wraps.
  9. Place wraps back in skillet or a grill pan and cook until cheese is melted and wraps are lightly golden.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

  • Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
