Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Add garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spread a spoonful of sauce on each tortilla.
- Add cooked chicken evenly, then sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Fold tortillas into wraps.
- Place wraps back in skillet or a grill pan and cook until cheese is melted and wraps are lightly golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
