  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley or cilantro (optional)

  6. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
  7. Assemble the burritos by placing seasoned beef in the center of each tortilla.
  8. Top with crispy fries and a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  9. Add sour cream and herbs if using.
  10. Fold the sides and roll tightly into burritos. Serve warm.
