Ingredients
- 1.5 lb (680 g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and season with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Cook in batches if needed.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.
- Once butter is melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter to coat evenly.
- Remove from heat, drizzle with lemon juice if using, and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately while hot.

- Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure proper searing.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level.
