A fresh and vibrant Italian salad featuring creamy burrata, ripe tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 ball burrata cheese (about 4 oz)
- 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1–2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes and cherry tomatoes on a serving plate.
- Place the burrata ball in the center of the tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil evenly over the tomatoes and burrata.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze on top.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
