Ingredients

  • 1 ball burrata cheese (about 4 oz)
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 12 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Arrange the sliced tomatoes and cherry tomatoes on a serving plate.
  2. Place the burrata ball in the center of the tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the tomatoes and burrata.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze on top.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
