Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
  3. Stir in melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top if using.
  8. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
