Description
Bite-sized cheeseburger bombs inspired by the classic Big Mac, featuring seasoned beef, melty cheese, pickles, and a tangy special sauce wrapped in soft dough and baked until golden.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and vinegar to make the special sauce.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.
- Place a spoonful of beef, a pinch of cheese, diced pickles, and a small drizzle of sauce in the center.
- Wrap dough around filling, pinching edges to seal completely.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra special sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Make sure dough is sealed well to prevent leaking.
- These can be frozen unbaked and cooked later.
- Use mozzarella or American cheese if preferred.
