Description

These Best BLT Wraps with Secret Sauce are the ultimate quick and delicious meal — combining crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and a creamy, tangy sauce all wrapped up in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a picnic treat!

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine or iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced thin
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the secret sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them soft and easy to fold.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of secret sauce over the center of each tortilla.
  5. Layer lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, avocado (if using), and crispy bacon over the sauce.
  6. Drizzle a little more secret sauce on top of the filling.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
  8. Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

  • Substitute turkey bacon or tempeh bacon for a lighter or vegetarian option.
  • Make the secret sauce ahead — it keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Use gluten-free tortillas to make this recipe gluten-free.
  • To make it low-fat, use light mayo or Greek yogurt in the sauce.
