Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: ranch or marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.
- Cut potatoes into even-sized wedges and place them in a large bowl. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the seasoned oil over the potato wedges and toss until well coated.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet, skin side down if possible.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly over the potatoes.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
